Dr. Sarah received her Honors Bachelor of Science (Human Kinetics) degree from the University of Ottawa in 1997. Her passion for natural health care and desire to teach people to lead healthier lives prompted her to continue her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
While at Palmer College, Dr. Sarah suffered a back injury which caused her many months of pain, not to mention countless sleepless nights. Her interests in pursuing a solution to her own back issues lead her to investigate low force techniques that offer lasting relief. She utilizes Sacrooccipital Technique (SOT), Activator Methods, Thompson Technique and some aspects of Applied Kinesiology as her primary adjusting methods.
